If you are visiting the Hudson Valley you don't want to miss the opportunity to join Chef, Cathy Vogt from A NATURAL CHEF, as she teaches you how to make amazing meals with the local harvest in season.

Each class will conclude with a meal around the table overlooking the farm.
The first classes will take place at Meadow View Farm, just a few miles from down-town New Paltz. The farm is serene with amazing views. They also have a farm stand with

Menu Headers for "A Natural Chef"

Cathy A. Vogt owner and executive director of "A Natural Chef " is a whole foods chef, educator and certified health counselor. A Natural Chef's mission is to empower and positively change the lives and health of all clients.

For her workshops, Cathy needed ideas for a menu header and layout, plus signage for her work table. Here is the menu layout and headers for the menus she will be passing out at her workshops.

I thought it would be appropriate to have a different header to reflect each of the seasons.
